Tie - 1987 win over
Waverly. It was Coach Ed Miller's 200th career victory.
Our defense had three or four goal line stands to shutout
the Tigers, 21-0. 1987 win over West. They were averaging
over 240 yards rushing per game. Our defense held them to
40 yards rushing in a 9-0 win that clinched the 1987 SOC

Briefly describe your toughest loss at Wheelersburg |

1985 loss to Minford. I was
a sophmore and my brother Craig was a senior. Just seeing
the disappointment on his face and the faces of the other
seniors was hard to take.

Describe the most memorable event while playing at
Wheelersburg |

Too many to pick just one. I would say winning the SOC
titles in 1986 and 1987 after beating very talented West
teams are the most memorable.
